Shipping and Processing Times
Our standard processing time for orders is within 5 business days, however during times of higher order volumes your order may take a little longer to process. Rest assured, we’re working diligently to ensure that your order is carefully packed and ready to be sent out to you as soon as possible.
Once your order ships you will receive tracking information. Please keep in mind that it might take up to 48 hours for the tracking details to become available in the carrier’s system. We thank you for your patience.
International Shipping
We ship internationally, and orders typically take up to 28 business days to reach their destination. Please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time, and you may be charged a customs fee, import tax or additional charge. Customers are responsible for all customs fees.
Shipping Policies
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel an order please contact us immediately. We may or may not be able to accommodate requests depending on what stage of processing and shipping your order is in.
Changes
We cannot change the contents of your order. If your order is not correct, contact us immediately to cancel your order so you can place a new one.
Returns
Please contact us at hello@eggpicnic.co for returns. The customer is responsible to pay for return shipping. Once your t-shirt has been received and we confirm that it is on its original condition and has not been damaged, you will receive a refund for your initial order. You must then place a new order for a different size.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If your shipping address is incorrect please contact us immediately. We can only change shipping addresses of unprocessed orders. Once your order is processed we can no longer change your shipping address. We can not contact the carrier or give any delivery instructions to the carrier on the customers behalf.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, we will refund you for the items that were returned. You may then order the items again from our store. Shipping is non-refundable.
Stolen Orders
We are not responsible for stolen packages. If your shipping carrier has marked your package as delivered to the correct address but you still cannot find it after 2 business days, that package is considered stolen. We can file a claim on your behalf for a refund or replacement. This claim can only be filed 20 calendar days after the delivery date, and requires you to complete an online form, which we will email to you once we have access to it. If you need the items urgently, please consider purchasing them on our website immediately, and when we are able to file the claim, we can do so for a refund on the original order.
